

Nepalese Law Students’ Association (NeLSA), Nepal Law Campus Chapter has successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting on Baisakh 20, 2075 at Ceremony Hall in Nepal Law Campus. Formation of a new Executive Committee being the main agenda of the meeting, it saw Laxmi Sharma, Director of B.A.LL.B. Program, Swechhya Sangroula, President of NeLSA et al. as the guests.
The annual report was presented by the former Secretary Adwait Baral and annual financial report was presented by former treasurer Suraj Nepal.
Prize of the Speech Competition held on Falgun 4 titled ‘Socio-economic and political dimensions in implementation of federalism’ was also distributed.
The former committee was then dissolved and candidates were called for election. After a long process, the following candidates were elected unanimously as the new members of the executive committee:

Supriya Karki is the first ever female President of NeLSA Nepal Law Campus.
NeLSA is an umbrella organization of all the law students of Nepal established with the motto of ‘A Commitment of Socially Responsive Legal Professionalism’ which works for betterment of law students and their contribution towards society. The institutional structure of NeLSA consists of a Central Committee and other chapters that are formed by each law schools.
